Hello! My name is PerfectMaleRoom.
A little about me: my name is Jimmy. I am a real good guy, I live at an apartment complex - called ,Castaic Lake Senior Village- Castaic,, is close to Santa Clarita , and close to the 5 freeway., which is close to the San Diego Freeway.
I have a room to rent. It's a two bedroom apartment, with many advantages for a senior, male or female. I'm very trustworthy. I'm a very kind and gentle person, and lots of fun to be around.
I make a very good friend. I'm a very young 78-year-old., easy-going personality.
I am respectful, for any roommates privacy.
I do not have any pets, but if you have a cat or dog, that's great.
This Senior village is beautiful,
The manager here, keeps this place in running in excellent order, with many advantages, for any senior.,
I live right next to the elevator, right next to the laundry room, and right next to the garbage dump, just 15 steps away from my apartment. I am on the third floor., with easy access to the elevator and steps to walk up and down. We have a wonderful clubhouse., with an exercise room and a computer room for those who do not have their own computer to use.
There are also steps up to the third floor to my apartment.
But I make a true friend to anybody, everybody seems to love me, I never cause any problem for anybody at all.
I have been happily living here for 18 years, and there are many wonderful people around to fellowship with. Everybody is kind..
I am a gentleman, who loves to share good things with my friends.
I'm not selfish, I'm a giver, not a taker, and for those who love God,
There is one of the greatest churches in the world, within walking distance of my apartment, just five minutes away,
Our pastor is a wonderful man who is already given me me $700, in my time of need. He says I don't even have to pay it back. It's just a gift.
Our pastor is the greatest, he is actually a prophet of God, he's the best Bible teacher I've ever had in my life, and he makes it possible for us to learn about the inner heart of Jesus, and how we can use the power of Jesus in our lives, to bring ourselves, happiness and security in all ways.
I'm not overly religious, I just have a close relationship with the Holy Spirit. Who guides my every step in every breath..
Everybody gets along with me, and I never cause anybody any drama or problems.
I can take care of myself, I am in good shape, and I will share my whole life with the new roommate, or I will just give them privacy and let them live their own life without interfering in anyway.
Most importantly,
I am a youthful spirit, and if my friends or my new roommate, needs anything at all- I am always there to help them with 100% - with love and care.
And I'm funny.
I'm easy to get along with, and I would make the perfect roommate for you,

All in all, living here at Castaic LAKE senior village, it's just about perfect.
It's close to the 5 freeway, close to the post office- and very close to Ralph's market and Walmart.
It has many parks to visit, and the beautiful Castaic Lake- it's very close to us.
If you have any trouble with your health, the paramedics arrive here within 10 minutes of any emergency.
So you have no worries, everything is almost perfect here in the senior village, where people love each other and they help each other in their times of need. Let's the talk on the phone soon?
