Position Description:
Reporting to under the supervision of the Director of Professional Development, the Technician II performs a variety of duties related to assisting with the coordination of the Professional Development activities, programs and services. Assists the Director of Professional Development with activities/projects and programs for the college faculty and staff. Provides administrative support for the Institutional Effectiveness Partnership Initiative (IEPI) under the direction of the Deputy Chancellor. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
Experience:
Two years full-time equivalent experience performing administrative support duties that includes assisting the public and performing complex clerical functions.
Education:
Education equivalent to an Associate’s degree (60 semester units) from an accredited institution is required. Two years direct experience in addition to that identified above may be substituted for each year (30 units) of college.
