Construction Superintendent - Santa Clarita Job

Job Duties:
•CM project site visits, photograph and document work in progress.
•Coordinate between PM, and contractor doing the work.
•Inform PM on any work related issues (or to make a punch list)
•Arising Change Orders
•Verify site measurements and conditions
•Make sure homeowners have proper access and site is kept clean.
•Assist PM in preparing cost of repairs (Using RSMeans and Xactimate).
•Create Site Inspection Forms.
•Tagging (CSI Codes), and labeling (address, room, area, elevation, and description) on to Imagine photo program.
•Photograph defects and assist experts in DT and site inspection work.





Job Type: Full-time

Skills Required:

•3-5 years of experience being a Superintendent
•Speak and write English fluently
•Professional email etiquette
•Able to use a smartphone (Internet, emails, photos, etc.)
•Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Xactimate, Imagine
•Must live locally (Santa Clarita Valley/San Fernando Valley)
