Be able to coach large groups of individuals from all fitness levels through strength training and metabolic style workouts. Bring amazing energy everyday and a positive attitude. Be able to competently explain and demonstrate proper exercise form for large groups. Be able to use coaching cues to help members understand exercise form and offer substitutions when necessary.

Everyday our coaches bring a level of enthusiasm and passion that is seldom seen elsewhere. Bad days aren't allowed. We are constantly learning to keep us on the cutting edge of fat loss and nutrition. That means we expect new team members to push the envelope on their skills and never have a bad day either!

High School Diploma
1 year customer service experience (preferred)
Basic understanding of physiology and human anatomy
Basic understanding of exercise biomechanics
3 references (previous job or school only)
