We are a busy online retail store looking for motivated candidates to join our call center team in Santa Clarita.
-Positions: Entry Level Customer Service Representative positions (all part-time). *We will be needing bilingual candidates who can speak, read, and write in Spanish (this is not a requirement for every position).
-Hours: 8am to 6pm**.
**The shifts will vary on a weekly basis. We are looking for a candidate with flexible hours because this job requires weekend availability: Saturday and/or Sunday.
Skills Required:

-Must be able to communicate effectively over the phone.
-Must be able to communicate professionally via written communication.
-Must display professionalism at all times! This is a must since this job requires constant communication with customers.
-Must know how to speak to irate customers.
-Must be Internet savvy.
-Capable of listening while controlling a conversation.
-Detail oriented.
-Responsible.
-Must be a team player and flexible.
-Must have a positive attitude.
-Must have your own form of transportation.
Responsibilities:
-Answering a high volume of calls.
-Processing online orders.
-Processing orders over the phone.
-Tending to customer inquiries.
-Responding to e-mails and live-chats.
