Skills Required:
Have at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
Be proficient in relevant computer applications.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Some experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred.
Identify and escalate priority issues.
Sales/Retention experience a plus.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must have checking account and Social Security Card for payroll purposes.
Be available Monday thru Sunday Shifts beginning between 5:00AM – 8:00AM and ending between 1:30PM and 10:00PM. Must be available on weekends.
