SUMMARY:
The primary responsibility for our Assistant Manager is to assist the Store Manager in all activities, including maximizing: Sales, Customer Service, and Profits. This position is also responsible for successful implementation of support and administrative functions such as scheduling. Our growth plans offer this position training for career opportunities as Store Manager and beyond, as we expand the # of centers.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in related disciplines such as business, retail management, marketing, merchandising, HR, or equivalent
• 2+ years proven successful management experience in retail, hospitality, restaurant, movie theatre and/or branch management.
• Excellent communication, delegation, follow-up, and analytical skills.
• Passion and Commitment to offer superior customer service to families who want to have FUN!
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and some holidays.
