Santa Clarita Flooring is a locally owned flooring company that is looking for highly motivated salespeople to fill this key position: Inside Sales. Our company INSTALLS all types of flooring including: carpet, vinyl, hardwood, laminate and ceramic tile. Our salespeople are rich in product knowledge, and are eager to welcome you to our team. Sales experience is a must. Must be self-driven and motivated. We prefer someone with flooring experience. If you have previous experience in a sales-driven environment, good business knowledge and a firm understanding of the importance of delivering superior customer service, then we want to hear from you! As long as you have an interest, great sales skills and a willingness to learn, we can train you on the specific product knowledge you need!

Skills Required:

Strong customer service skills.
Greet and acknowledge customers as they enter the showroom.
Strong problem solving skills.
Ask questions to discover needs.
Build QUOTES that best fit our customer's needs.
TRAVEL to customer homes for measurements and in home sales.
Our hours are M-F 9am to 6pm and Sat 10am to 5pm. Hours are flexible.
