Effectively manage and improve a full-counter meat department in an independent grocery store. Responsibilities include (but not limited to): cut and display meats properly, customer service, work with cutting saw and meat grinder, place weekly orders, inventory control, retail pricing, quality control, and daily cleaning tasks.

At least 5 years of meat cutting experience required.
Knowledgeable in all areas of meat; such as different cuts, quality, freshness, proper storage, etc..
Managerial / Sales experience highly preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Must be able to work at LEAST 25hrs /week
