Field Marketer - Santa Clarita Job

The Field Marketer sets appointments for a solar consultant to sit down with homeowners to discuss going solar for little to no money down while saving money on their electric bill. The Field Marketer recognizes an interest in solar from homeowners and educates them just enough to set the appointment with a consultant. This position is all about creating solid appointments… no sales experience necessary!

Skills Required:

Requirements:
• Need a vehicle and clean driving record.
• Have a computer and knowledge of Word programs & internet programs like Gmail.
• Ability to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week.
• Ability to perform unsupervised work.
• Pass a background check.
• Display high energy and a can-do attitude!
• Be motivated and driven for success.
• Goal Oriented
• Be able to work under minimal supervision
• Have excellent communication skills
• Comfortable interacting with Customers face to face
• Able to be on your feet for a few hours at a time
• Basic Computer Skills (Lead Entry, Time Portal, Etc.)

Compensation:

Bi-Weekly Pay on Hourly and Bonuses
$9 - $12 per hour BOE
Bonuses on appointments that turn into sales.
1= $100
2= $150
3= $200
4= $250
5=$300 Caps here
Scale resets monthly.
