The Customer Service Representative delivers fast and friendly customer service, conducts sales transactions, completes shift reports, cleans, and performs other duties as assigned. Candidates must be able to work cooperatively and unsupervised in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal skills.
Team-building skills.
Ability to follow safe work practices and procedures.
Ability to deliver customer service that meets or exceeds customer/s expectations.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Possess arithmetic skills and is able to read, write, and speak English.
Appropriate handling of emergency situations.
Must be reliable and punctual.
PREFERRED SKILLS:

Proven experience in upholding customer service, safety, security, image, and cleanliness standards.
Flexible schedule.
Cash handling experience.
