Process weekly payroll for 500 employees, importing data, printing checks, uploading direct deposit, running payroll reports.
Respond to and process garnishments and unemployment claims.
Remit weekly and quarterly tax payments.
Perform general office duties.
Assist HR Director with miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Skills Required:
Successful candidate must have 3-5 years payroll experience, preferably with Timberline. Must be able to work with multi-state payrolls.
Must be able to work as a team, and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must also be detailed oriented.
Excellent customer service, oral and written communication skills.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, and Access.
