We are looking for a part-time and long-term bookkeeper to join our team! The ideal candidate is professional, friendly and outgoing, with a full understanding of the Quickbooks program and payroll processing.
YOUR POSITION:
As a multi-tasker, you would be assigned several clients to manage their books and possibly their payroll. You would stay on top of all their accounting needs, including but not limited to: bank reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger review and cleanup, and working with their CPA at year end. As someone who meets deadlines, you would be sure to request any missing documentation in order to close those beautiful books monthly by the 15th of the following month. Being friendly, you would develop a good relationship with our clients. All the while having time-management under your belt, you would know your time restraints and workload and delegate where necessary to another team member in order to keep the account current.
