Help Wanted: Sales Associates & General Manager Needed
WILLIAM B + friends has arrived in Valencia, and we are seeking an experienced, ambitious, and stylish store manager and equally fabulous sales associates (part time & full time)!!!
Sales Associate
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Greeting -- genuinely greeting all guests with a friendly smile and welcoming message. 

Product Knowledge -- Learning, referencing and applying product knowledge information obtained from various sources (i.e.. coworkers, product labels, etc). Recommending, selecting, and helping to locate or obtain merchandise based on customers' needs.

Fitting Room Etiquette -- Providing ongoing customer service while customer is trying on merchandise (fit, styling advice, promptly removing unwanted items, suggesting add-ons, fetching sizes)

Sales -- Proactively seeking opportunities to up sell and add-on additional merchandise, while enhancing the customer's experience, not overwhelming them. Meeting and exceeding sales and performance goals. Building lasting relationships with customers (clienteling). 

Purchase and Return Transactions -- Accurately and efficiently facilitating customer purchase and return transactions. 

Loss Prevention -- Watching for and recognizing loss prevention situations and handling these situations by using outstanding customer service. 

Required Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of retail experience in a serious retail environment. NO EXCEPTIONS. (Bonus if women's/lifestyle/luxury retail)

Completed high school education or equivalent 

Must be personable, polite, exude high, positive energy

Must have a keen eye for fashion and style

Must be responsible, detail oriented, enthusiastic about cleanliness, punctual, and have reliable transportation

Must be available to work a demanding retail schedule (including evenings and weekends)
Store Manager
Responsibilities include the above Sales Associate responsibilities, in addition to:
Operations -- managing the daily operations of the store, monitoring and managing store staffing levels, planning, identifying, communicating and delegating appropriate responsibilities and practices amongst the sales team, maintaining a knowledge of inventory, scheduling, setting sales goals, and training of staff/sales associates

Merchandising -- must ensure that store merchandising, windows, and visual displays are maintained and rotated periodically. Keep all visuals consistent with the William B brand image.

Communication -- must keep clear, concise, and constructive communication lines open between sales team and corporate office.

Team Management -- continuously motivate staff to exceed sales and productivity goals. Must set the store standard and impart on the staff a positive, upbeat, energetic vibe.

Going the Extra Mile -- recognizing store trends and communicating these trends to the buyer, connecting with customers and understanding their needs, documenting and communicating customer requests, seeking out top talent for the sales team through networking and recruiting
Required experience:
Must possess 3+ years experience in a retail management position, preferably in a women's clothing/lifestyle/luxury retail setting.

Background in client book management.

Outstanding organizational and communication skills.

Reliable, punctual, and responsible.

Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance. 

Willing to work a demanding retail schedule, including nights and weekends.

Degree preferred (bonus if it is fashion or business management related!). Candidates with exceptional experience will also be considered.
