Effectively run and improve the meat department of an independent grocery store. Responsibilities include (but not limited to): cutting meat, placing weekly orders,inventory control, product pricing, quality control, customer service, and daily cleaning tasks.
Skills Required:
At least 5 years of meat cutting experience required. Managerial/Sales experience highly preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills.
Must be able to work at LEAST 25hrs/week.
