Help Wanted: Systems And Reporting Analyst
The Systems and Reporting Analyst will be strong in Systems and reporting management with strong written and verbal communication and data analysis.
The Systems and Reporting Analyst will collaborate with Partner Management and Planning and Logistics to translate business reporting needs to deliver reports and metrics related to merchandising and sales.
This key position reports to the Director, Retail Execution Planning & Logistics in Valencia, CA.
The Systems and Reporting Analyst will:
• Produce and analyze data from various databases and sources.
• Support merchandising reports, documents, dashboards using Microstrategy platform.
• Gather requirements by collaborating with project management, logistics, and merchandising team.
• Report on key metrics, analyze reports, and provide actionable insight based on the reports.
• Heavy coordination with internal retail execution and cross department teams to ensure data collection for projects is deployed within timelines.
• Support ad hoc reporting requests using all appropriate and available systems.
• Manage system upgrade process including identifying new needs, testing, releasing, and communicating changes.
• Oversees system upgrades and ensures they are completed in accordance with the organization's standards.
• Optimize, streamline, and strengthen existing reporting

Skills Required:
-3 years reporting and database management experience
• Experience with dashboard reports
• Analytical skills required –detailed data analysis and comprehensive follow-up needed to meet business needs.
• Strong understanding of how data collected will flow into reporting system
• Outstanding communication, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills required.
• Self-starter that is adept at managing through chaos to reach a goal.
• Resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
• Demonstrate responsiveness, ownership, accuracy, and integrity in all communication
• Possess an expert understanding and ability to use Microsoft Office products, primarily advanced Excel.
• Microsoft Reporting Services and Microstategy a plus.
• Finance reporting background a plus
• Reporting background in a retail operations environment preferred.
• Bachelor's in Business, Finance, or technical degree preferred.
• Experience with dashboard reports
