The ideal candidate will be very strong in communicating, process driven, capacity planning, reporting and data analysis, as well as project coordination with proficient Excel skills.
The team moves incredibly fast and needs a team member that can work in a fast-paced environment, be solution and detail oriented and who is able to roll up their sleeves and get the work done.
Responsibilities:
o Assist with capacity planning and scheduling of all project initiatives working cross-departmentally within Blackhawk.
o Collaborate with merchandising team and support them where needed for all projects.
o Assist in managing reporting to ensure reporting compliance, timeliness, and accuracy.
o Be customer focused, articulate, and motivated.
o Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining key cross-functional internal and external relationships.
o Maintain scheduling tracker and store master information.
Skills Required:
Experience in a retail or merchandising
o Analytical skills-detailed data-analysis and comprehensive follow-up needed.
o Outstanding communication, organization, attention to detail, management experience, and interpersonal skills required.
o Professional attitude and strong leadership skills.
o Self-starter that is adept at managing through chaos to reach a goal.
• Enjoys a fast-paced learning environment.
• Resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
• Possess an understanding and ability to use additional Microsoft Office products, primarily Word, advanced Excel (pivot tables and v-lookups) Outlook, Project, and PowerPoint. Microsoft Access knowledge a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
