Landscape Superintendent - Santa Clarita Job

Gothic Landscape, Inc. (located in Valencia, CA) has an opening for an experienced Landscape Superintendent responsible for managing multiple landscape projects, for selling "extras" work-orders to developer clients, for directing multiple foremen, for acting as an intermediary between the field operations and management. Must be able to read and follow plans, material lists, guidelines and meet timelines. Responsible for requisition of materials; and for communicating material, equipment and personnel needs to management. Must have experience with irrigation systems and with plant landscape material. Position requires a person to possess excellent abilities in problem solving, oral communication, managing people, planning and organizing. Bilingual in Spanish a plus. Must have a good DMV record.

Skills Required:

3 years relevant experience in Landscape Construction
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
Bilingual in Spanish a plus
Must have strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and understand plans
Must have valid driver’s license with a good driving
