PCB Assembler - Santa Clarita Job

The printed circuit board assembler is responsible for performing hand soldering of both SMT and T-H components on various circuit boards utilizing worksheets, wire diagrams, or verbal instructions. The assembler should be able to meet the IPC-A-610D Class 3 standards and will also be responsible for the administrative tasks related to the traceability of the work, as required by these standards. Assembler must demonstrate a high level of attention to detail when inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing units to ensure the work is accurate and complete.

Skills Required:

•At least 1 year of experience in a PCB assembler type position.
•Ability to read engineering schematics & follow written instructions.
•Good communication skills.
•Experience with hand tools, multi-meters, and soldering equipment required.
•Possess a good attitude, be flexible, and work well within a team environment.
•IPC Class 3 or certified a plus.
•Wire harnessing, testing, electro-mechanical experience a plus.
•QA Inspection experience a major plus.
