Help Wanted: Survey / Outreach Coordinator
Assist in the organization and conductivity of a variety of survey and community involvement activities specific to public transportation organizations/clients. Survey-related assignments may include data collection, supervision of data collectors/surveyors, data entry/cleaning/coding, data analysis, and survey design. Outreach-related assignments may include client event staffing, employer/field canvassing, telephone prospecting/follow up, and ride checks.
This position includes evening and/or weekend assignments.

Skills Required:
Minimum Qualifications
Academic credentials in market research, marketing, or related field. Minimum of one year practical experience in public involvement/customer service. Practical experience with MS Word, Excel, and Access. Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Proven time management skills. Ability to work on multiple concurrent priorities and meet project deadline.
• Conversational Spanish a plus.
• Professional demeanor. Outgoing personality. Ability to interact effectively with a broad range of people.
• Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Position includes work assignments throughout California and the West (estimated to be no less than 25 percent of total time).
• Valid California Driver License.
• Reliable transportation.
• SPSS experience a plus.

Compensation:
Starting salary reflective of candidate’s qualifications and experience. Hourly pay ranges from $13-18/hour. Company-provided benefits include annual leave, paid holidays, healthcare, 401k, and educational assistance.
