Retail Execution Planning & Logistics Coordinator. This key position will report to the Manager, Retail Execution Planning & Logistics in Valencia, CA.


The ideal candidate will be very strong in communicating, highly driven, capacity planning, reporting and data analysis, as well as project coordination. The team moves incredibly fast and needs a team member that can work in a fast-paced environment, be solution and detail oriented and who is able to roll up their sleeves and get the work done.

Skills Required:

Assist with capacity planning and scheduling of all project initiatives working cross-departmentally within Blackhawk.


â—¦Collaborate with merchandising team and support them where needed for all projects.


â—¦Assist in managing reporting to ensure reporting compliance, timeliness, and accuracy.


â—¦Be customer focused, articulate, and motivated.


â—¦Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining key cross-functional internal and external relationships.


â—¦Maintain scheduling tracker and store master information.

Two or more year’s experience in a retail or merchandising

â—¦Analytical skills-detailed data-analysis and comprehensive follow-up needed.


â—¦Outstanding communication, organization, attention to detail, management experience, and interpersonal skills required.

â—¦Professional attitude and strong leadership skills.


â—¦Self-starter that is adept at managing through chaos to reach a goal.
