Help Wanted: Fulfillment And Asset Tracking Analyst
This key position reports to the Director, Retail Execution Planning & Logistics in Valencia, CA.

The ideal candidate Fulfillment and Asset Tracking Analyst will be very strong in inventory and project management, written and verbal communication, and attention to detail. This position has two functions, supporting the onboarding and off boarding of Merchandisers and fulfillment management of inventory

The team moves incredibly fast and needs a team member that can work in a fast-paced environment, be solution and detail oriented and who is able to roll up their sleeves and get the work done.

Skills Required:
•• Maintain processes for shipping and tracking company hardware and equipment.
• Manage up to 20 projects concurrently at a various stages.
• Create master spreadsheets using advanced functions to manage project inventories
• Prepare processes and establish timelines to ship materials to merchandisers.
• Manage fulfillment process including order entry, administration, and shipping.
• Oversees the order tracking process and ensures orders are processed in accordance with the organization's standards.
• Maintains adequate inventory levels to maximize retail execution.
• Demonstrate responsiveness, ownership, accuracy, and integrity in all communication.
• Heavy coordination with internal retail execution and cross department teams to ensure shipments and orders arrive within strict timelines.
• Meeting team and shipment deadlines and goals.
• Build and manage relationships with external vendors. Create and enforce SOP’s.
• Work with team to develop and maintain a fulfillment tracker.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Four or more years’ experience in retail or any similar combination of education and experience
• Outstanding communication, organization, attention to detail, management experience, and interpersonal skills required.
• Professional attitude and strong leadership skills.
• Enjoys working independently
• Self-starter that is adept at managing through chaos to reach a goal.
