HR Generalist/Agricultural - Santa Clarita Job

Successful agricultural company specializing in cut flowers, potted plants, and hydroponic produce in Carpinteria is looking for a HR Generalist. Candidate should have experience in areas of employee relations, employee health benefits, workers compensation, and local, state, and federal reporting. Duties will include updating employee personnel and workers compensation records, recruiting employees, updating employee handbooks, and facilitating employee orientation and health care benefits enrollment.

Skills Required:

Candidate should have a high school diploma, a college degree and 2 years’ experience in human resources. Agricultural experience preferred. Bilingual Spanish is a must.
