Fitness Club Manager - Santa Clarita Job

We are a “boutique” type fitness club that places a very high value on member satisfaction. We are currently in the process of evaluating real estate in order to determine the ideal location to open this New and exciting fitness club. Our aim is to provide members with an experience unlike any other ,to that end we strongly believe in providing members with the convenience of a community based club with 24hr access, well equipped, spotlessly clean and above all else, staff that are qualified ,passionate and care for the well being of the membership.The current position is for managing a single location with the opportunity to manage multiple clubs as the business evolves.

Skills Required:

• Dynamic personality with a positive attitude and a passion for fitness and training
• Personal training/fitness experience
• Zoomba/P90x experience a definite plus
• Be a self starter and a team player
• Be highly motivated to succeed
• Punctual and reliable with an excellent work ethic
• Be willing to follow the “clubs” out of state training program (expenses paid)

Employee - Full Time

Compensation:

The compensation package includes a base salary ranging from $1000-$1500 plus commission on membership and a percentage on all personal training contracts.
