Help Wanted: HR Clerk - Bilingual Vietnamese
Supports human resources processes by maintaining records and information, conducting orientations & safety training; scheduling appointments, assisting with company social functions, assisting with recruiting, and other duties as assigned.Assists in recruiting and employment activities.
Assists in welcoming new employees to the organization by conducting orientations and tours. Assists in maintaining employee information by entering and updating employment, benefits, and status-change data.
Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential. Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
Skills Required:
Office experience and bi-lingual Vietnamese/ English mandatory
Reporting Skills, Accurate File Maintenance, Dependability, Organization, Scheduling, Confidentiality, Independence, Employee Assistance, Effective Verbal & Written Communication, Teamwork, Intermediate or better Microsoft Office Skills
2-4 years business experience and/or 2 year degree.

$15 - $16 per hour
