Help Wanted: Property / Apartment Business Manager
Towne Center Property Management (TCPM) is a boutique property management firm with headquarters in Orange County, California. We are a privately held family business with institutional partners. As we continue to acquire properties and grow our portfolio, we are seeking a Business/Property Manager to join our family with a “can do” attitude and grow with us.

TCPM has an immediate opening for a Buisness/Property Manager to serve our property in Santa Clarita. If you are a self starter, work well in a small company environment, and possess strong multi-tasking skills with proven follow-through abilities, we would like to speak with you.

We are looking for career oriented individuals who are self motivated and take pride in their work.

Qualifications:

In order to be considered for this position, you must have at least 2+ years experience as a Property Manager within the conventional multi-family sector, or you must have at least 4 years experience as an Assistant Manager in the conventional, multi-family sector that is ready to take the next logical step in their career.
The best candidates will be familiar with the Santa Clarita and surrounding market.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Responsible for and exercises independent judgment and discretion for all operational and financial aspects of a property. Results are based on managing to owner's objectives as described in the operational budget, with the primary objectives of increasing the net operating income (NOI) of the property.
-Maintaining the physical asset, providing a quality living environment for residents and establishing a positive, productive working relationship with the property staff, vendors, competitors and the community
-Monitoring and property compliance with all Fair Housing regulations, and compliance with local ordinances and laws
-Demonstrates at all times firm, fair and consistent administration of all legal and company policies and practices.

Education

Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from community college or technical school; or one to two years in property management or related field; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience preferred.

Knowledge of Windows, MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, RealPage/One-Site and Internet
Bilingual, a plus

Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), or Certified Apartment Management (CAM) certifications preferred.

Compensation:
Commensurate with experience in the range of $42,000-$46,000 annually, plus bonus and benefits
