FULL TIME MOBILE WHEEL REPAIR TECHNICIAN WILL TRAIN - Santa Clarita Job

We have one full time opening for a mobile wheel repair technician. We have been in business for 10 years repairing cosmetic damage on alloy wheels. We are looking to hire one full time technician for long term employment. We provide company truck, fuel, tools, and training. The hours can be long, you must be available 5 day per week. Weekends are off. You will be refinishing wheels. The work is tedious and laborous but can be very rewarding and the compensation is very good. You will be working outside and in the elements. It is a "dirty job" most of the time, there is use of pneumatic tools and painting equipment. Paid training is hourly and after the training period you are paid on a per piece basis plus bonuses. Work and pay is very steady and there is much room for growth.

Skills Required:

You must be very trainable and a quick learner. Experience with hand tools, painting, auto body, or auto body prep work is a plus. Automotive background or skilled tradesman with refinishing/detail oreiented background also a plus. Above all you must be a very very hard worker, "go-getter", punctual, clean cut, excellent customer service skills, willing to go the extra mile at all times. This is a fast paced job where you must perform very high quality repairs. You must be conditioned to hard work. You must have a clean and vaild CA drivers license. A clean background check and be willing to take a drug test. We are seeking somebody with a solid work history, we would like this to be very long term employment

$10-$12 hour during training. $150-$200 daily thereafter
