QUALITY MANAGER - Santa Clarita Job

The Quality Manager is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the company’s quality system AS9100. Which includes, but is not limited to
Knowledge of fastener products, bolts, screws, nuts, etc., including manufacturing, processing and inspection is very important. Must be able to demonstrate knowledge in these areas. If you do not have these qualifications please do not apply.


Assuring compliance to customer quality requirements
Assisting inspectors in making decisions on product quality issues
Working with suppliers to resolve quality problems
Coordinating and conducting internal audits
Hosting customer visits, including quality audits and source surveillance
Acting and Management Representative for the company an interacting with our registrar during annual assessments
Assuring the effective operation of corrective and preventive action systems
Managing the company’s inspection equipment calibration program

Skills Required:

- Minimum 10 years experience in quality management
- Minimum of 3 years of direct responsibility for an AS9100 quality system
Knowledge of fastener products, bolts, screws, nuts, etc., including manufacturing, processing and inspection is very important. Must be able to demonstrate knowledge in these areas
- High School Diploma or GED
ASQ CQM or CQE certification or equivalent experience
$65k DOE
