Help Wanted: Administrative Position
Cal-Am Properties, a national leader in Multi-Family Residential Community Management, is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our success in Santa Clarita. This position is full time, 8 to 5, Monday - Friday. Starting hourly rate is $11 and benefits include a 1 week vacation and paid holidays.

This administrative position is responsible for managing the paper flow of a busy residential community office, directing phone messages and greeting customers and residents. This position will report to the On-Site Property Managers. Specific areas of responsibility include 1) directing calls and visitors, 2) data entry, 3) record keeping on spreadsheets, 4) making reservations for community rooms and RV spaces, 5) creating lease files, 6) processing paperwork generated by managers in a timely manner.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

-Strong background in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel.
-Ability to handle bursts of activity associated with a busy office.
-Able to listen to concerns and complaints and direct residents to the Manager.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Pleasant & professional demeanor
