We are currently looking for a volunteer Front Desk to join our growing ang friendly company!

DESCRIPTION

Under the supervision of the Office Administrator, the Front Desk will be responsible for supporting various administrative projects and day-to-day duties for the organization. Such responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering all incoming calls and referring calls to appropriate staff members, maintaining inventory of office supplies, sorting mail, preparing shipping labels. The Receptionist must demonstrate a commitment to serving clients and to upholding the mission. Ensure cleanliness of office areas for staff, visitors, and clients. This position is ideal for an individual with strong organizational, interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Interacting with patients
2) Answer the phone/door
3) Schedule appointments for patients
4) Help do the scanning and faxing
5) Answers all inquiries and explains all the services offered
6) Sort and disseminate
7) Other related works
Skills Required:
Should know how to use excel and google docs
Good verbal and written communication
Experience with handling phone calls
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and ability to carry a professional tone.
