Help Wanted: Admin / Clerk
Imber Court Reporters is looking for a general office clerk.

Skills and Requirements:
- Must live within 30 miles of Valencia, CA 91355
- Prior office experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent grammar, punctuation and spelling
- Must have basic computer skills
- Must type 40+ wpm and be able to spell
- Able to work from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday

Summary of primary responsibilities :

Daily use of a computer using Microsoft Windows 8 or 10 operating system.
Online calendaring, invoicing, scheduling, and transcript production.
Answering telephones and accessing an online database.

In addition, the candidate will be responsible for copying, scanning, and uploading of documents.
