Review Date: September 8, 2017

Position Description:
Under the direction of the Associate Dean, Learning Resources and Director of The Learning Center (TLC), performs clerical support functions directly relating to the TLC Testing Center. Duties include but are not limited to making appointments for online exams, arranging proctoring for District students requiring exams at an alternate location, tracking and returning completed exams, tracking time limits, reporting and signing in for CI Track, monitoring the testing room, proctoring exams for outside universities, maintaining Outlook calendar for all testing dates, securing passwords, securing paper exams, and responding to faculty and student requests. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience:
One year full-time equivalent experience working with the public, customer service, and/or data entry.

Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working in community colleges, universities, high schools, or community agencies;
Experience using MS Word, Excel, and Access
Experience using an administrative database (such as Datatel, or CI Track)
Knowledge of screen capture, instant message, computer locking, and other necessary functions of NetSupport
