SUMMARY:

Expert knowledge of all federal, state and local laws including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, ADA, FMLA, ADEA, FLSA and EEO regulations
Identify and work on efficiencies through systems and process improvements.
Review reports to determine accuracy of employee data including new employee information and tracking and updating existing employee changes.
Effectively partner with International HR team members to execute strategies and initiatives globally, as needed.
Create, execute and audit HR reports as necessary.
Manage the communication of HR policies, procedures and practices to ensure sound leadership application and legal compliance.
Lead or participate in process improvements efforts.

Qualifications
•Some travel will be required
•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business.
•Experience working with and supporting executive and management level partners, including consulting on employee relations, leadership development, change management, and related strategies.
•Strategic thinking – focus on critical areas of strategic contribution and translate these into appropriate management and HR actions; demonstrated proactive value add leadership in HR Business partner role
•Self-starter with a positive, “can-do”, professional approach; ability to work effectively at all levels within the organization, often involving difficult or conflict situation.

Position Description:
Reports to and under the direction of the Director of Advertising and Social Media, performs a variety of technical, fiscal, operational support, and liaison functions pertaining to the communications center. Leads other communications/customer service staff, and coordinates front-line communications between the district, the college and the public, providing a wide range of information. Assists with development and maintenance of the district’s public image through a quality customer service orientation, performing triage on incoming inquiries and projecting a positive public relations image. Minimum Requirements:
Experience: Five (5) years of customer relations and technical communications full-time equivalent experience, including telephone switchboard, computerized mailing, address-maintenance software, and public contact duties. The Sr. Human Resources Systems Analyst is responsible for analysis, design and implementation of the HR systems namely Oracle Fusion Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting and Onboarding.
Under the general guidance of Global Director, HR Services, Sr. Human Resources Systems Analyst will also be responsible for the security and integrity of the data across the entire platform of HR systems. The Sr. Human Resources Business Analyst will lead the development, configuration and implementation of HR systems and software.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide training/guidance to the HR staff in technology matters
Lead change management and process improvement efforts as they relate to HR Technologies
Analyze, design and build decision support tools for executives such as reports, KPIs, Scorecards
Works with Global Director, HR Services to plan, build and execute the technology roadmap
Exercise independent judgment and initiatives; perform difficult and complex technical analysis; design and construction; collect and evaluate data; define and select alternatives; draw conclusions; formulate recommendations; and project consequences of recommendations;
Lead and work with HR Services as well as extended HR team in evaluation, analysis, construction, test, implementation and support of new HR systems.
Function well under stressful conditions, tight deadlines and in emotional and/or confrontational situations requiring persuading and motivating people.
Make configurational changes and alterations in the core HCM system, Oracle Fusion.
Stay up-to-date and maintain knowledge of the HR systems on a constant basis
Maintain strong technical know-how of the RDBMS and SQL
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Information Technology combined with 3 year of directly related experience
• Expert level knowledge in Oracle Fusion HCM, Benefits and Compensation; Working experience with an Applicant tracking system, performance management, talent management. Knowledge of Taleo Recruiting system, Halogen performance management will be a strong plus
• Strong knowledge of database management systems and SQL
• Understanding of HR business practices including compensation, benefits, recruitment and payroll
• Familiarity with SQL and report writing using SQL based programming languages (Oracle Fusion BI)
• Ability to lead, sell and implement changes.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our Program Associates will assist in running all "front of house “fitness studio operations. Our
ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and basic sales experience. You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for the fitness studio, including package offerings, memberships, membership renewals, retail and concession sales, and maximizing workout traffic.
* Establishes and maintains an effective referral program
* Maintains accurate records using established Orangetheory fitness sales systems.
* Conducts telephone inquiries / follow up calls / customer care calls
* Greet members / guests promptly and enthusiastically!
* Accurately follow the daily studio cleaning checklist (pre / during / post) shift activities
* Must be able to participate in 1-2 Orangetheory fitness scheduled workouts per week
* Maintains an organized and clean lobby / front desk area
* Responsible for processing accurate cash and credit card transactions
* Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients
* Responds immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns.
* Execute the on-boarding process for all Orangetheory fitness clients through the use of our forms and agreements
* Works close in unison the fitness staff to ensure that the processes are fulfilled
* Attending and participating in all relevant Orangetheory fitness paid training programs.

Position Description: Under the supervision of the Director, Contract, Procurement and Risk Management Services, the Contract / Risk Management Technician II performs a wide variety of technical and administrative duties related to the District’s contract, risk management and property and casualty insurance program activities. Reviews, researches, analyzes, and interprets contract language between the Santa Clarita Community College District and 3rd party providers of goods and services. Reviews, checks and enters vendor forms, enters purchase orders, and performs buying assignments of moderate complexity in accordance with the District’s purchasing policies and the laws, codes and regulations of the State of California during busy periods of the year. Applies sound business communication and risk management practices in the development and analysis of contracts, insurance programs and related claims. Performs other related duties requiring a high degree of judgment and discernment in handling sensitive and confidential matters, as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience: Three (3) years of full-time equivalent contract management work experience which includes experience developing, analyzing, reviewing and revising contracts and/or other legal/technical documents. Position requires proficient use of MS Office Suite software applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Education: Education equivalent to an Associate’s degree (60 semester units) from an accredited college or university is required. Two (2) years of direct buyer experience in addition to that identified above may be substituted for each year (30 semester units) of college.
